One of the biggest problems faced is the blatant misuse of Directed Energy Weapons for personal benefit. Directed Energy Weapons(DEW) are designed/developed to control terrorists, anti social elements, criminals, enemies of the state. However they are being misused in many places to damage the health of innocent citizens so that they either die a premature death, have their assets stolen, subjected to identity theft or are forced to sell off their assets like property or business at prices much below the market rates. The targetted innocent citizens are usually single and have worked very hard to save money for their retirement, but are subjected to a continuous character assasination campaign by extremely powerful and unscrupulous individuals.
Some of the reasons how DEW ruin the person’s life
1.Cause very severe headaches which
a. result in memory loss significantly reducing productivity
b. cause tumours which may be malignant
2.Sleepness/insomnia which cause a number of other health problems
3.Drowsiness- affects alertness, makes the targetted individual vulnerable to theft.
4.Continuous exposure to these DEW may cause cancer.

It is very difficult for the person being targetted using DEW to lead a normal life as he or she is targetted as soon as he/she leaves their home or office. They are generally forced to spend all their time in enclosed spaces, and this causes other problems like Vitamin D deficiency, difficulty purchasing healthy / nutritious food and cooking it.

Why is there no system in place to prevent abuse of this expensive equipment purchased to harass and persecute an innocent person for personal gain?
A victim of physical assault has a right to live, why does the person who is subjected to a malicious character assasination /slander campaign have no right to lead a normal life?
Note : Most of the famous tech bloggers/mainsteam media in India will not cover this topic, but it is a very real problem.

Does merit/experience matter?

A recent issue of Businessworld had an excellent article on how very few tech / internet companies receive angel funding in India, though they need it for their growth . What the people in the tech /internet industry fail to realise is that only when a tech /internet company is successful, can they fund / encourage smaller startups, but currently the conditions are extremely unfavorable.

In most industries an experienced person is valued and respected as they can teach younger people, who can avoid the mistakes they made. However, in some others, being young , good looking and /or having a powerful backer are the most important factors, merit does not matter much. The decision makers think that an experienced person can be forced to teach someone they approve for free, by harassing him/her and destroying their business. Unfortunately they do not realise that when a business turnover decreases, the biggest losers are their vendors, as there is less money available for buying new products and services.

This is an open letter to those who have put a single lady under surveillance for the last 2 years or more, harassed her and extorted money.
She has worked very hard to save money for her retirement, do you dispute this?
Most of the powerful people who have harassed her will get a pension after they retire, as an entrepreneur, the only source of income in her old age are her savings.
Those who trouble her also are married, and have children who are likely to take care , help financially when retired.
The surveillance footage was not kept confidential, it was leaked to criminals.
The criminals have used the surveillance to steal her laptop and taken it to Delhi.
A detective agency is demanding several lakhs just as fees to trace the laptop with a 50-100% success rate.
She is a hardworking entrepreneur, unlike you, she has no powers to harass anyone and extort money.
Why do you misuse your powers to harass her, while remaining anonymous?
If your actions are justified, can you face her directly?

Buying online

Though online prices are attractive, many e-commerce websites fail to retain customers for long.
When an expensive electronic product is purchased offline, the retailer will not usually dump a poor quality/defective product on the customer, especially when it is under warranty, as the customer is likely to return to the shop and ask for after sales service.
He or she will also tell the local community about the shoddy product.
When he or she visits the shop and complains, it will also act as deterrent to other prospective customers who will refrain from further purchases. In addition, in real life, sellers genuinely try to help buyers, as they hope they will make repeat purchases from their store.

On the other hand, when a product is purchased online, some e-commerce stores feel that they are under no obligation at all to provide any kind of after sales support even though the product is under warranty for a year.
The customer’s hard earned money is wasted on a non functional product and they have to spend a lot of their valuable time and money making phone calls to the customer support number, visiting the various service centers, trying to get the product repaired. At the most, the customer can take the store to the consumer court, or publicize the problem on blogs and forums. Most of the e-commerce companies do not have local offices which a customer can visit to resolve the issue. Technical support is provided on phone and by email by incompetent individuals, who also do not have the requisite knowledge and are often not even interested in helping the end customer.

Passing judgement

How do people judge a contestant in a Miss India or similar beauty contest?
By the way she looks, talks and carrys herself, it is after all a beauty contest.

How do the decision makers judge a lady in a tech industry where she does not need to interface or meet with any customer on a day to day basis?

The right answer: By speaking to her, understanding her knowledge of the technology, how it works, who handles the tech aspects

The obviously incorrect way : Put her under surveillance without her knowledge for years, have a few people stalk her and judge her solely on the way she looks, dresses and talks to non tech persons, without ever giving her a chance to defend herself directly. Nothing is ever done openly, because the people who do so do not have the guts to admit their harassment of a single lady.
